About the product
Thanks to its deep root structure, safflower withstands arid conditions and can be grown on land that does not require irrigation. This makes it an alternative crop in the dry farming areas of Central and South-eastern Anatolia.
Safflower oil finds its place in the food industry with high linoleic acid content, while the seed serves the feed industry through its meal after crushing. We work with batches separated by oil content.
