Camelina

A short-season, low-input oil crop rich in omega-3.

About the product

Camelina (Camelina sativa) is an oil crop that has drawn renewed interest in recent years thanks to its short growing season and low input requirement. Its ability to yield even on marginal soils makes it valuable as a catch crop.

The seed's oil is rich in omega-3 (alpha-linolenic acid), while the meal remaining after crushing is used as a protein source in the feed industry. We supply it to order.
