About the product
Lentil is the most characteristic crop of South-eastern Anatolia, and Şanlıurfa is the centre of this trade. We work in two groups, red and green; the product in husk is dehulled and split at processing plants to become ready for consumption.
This is a product whose price moves quickly with the harvest season and export demand; reaching the right batch at the right moment is the supplier's job. Being located inside the exchange, we follow the market day by day.
