About the product
DDGS (Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles) is obtained by drying the solid fraction remaining after corn is fermented for ethanol production, together with the soluble matter. As the starch is removed, protein, fat and fibre become concentrated.
Because it provides both protein and energy, it can replace two separate raw materials in a ration, which translates into a cost advantage. Its colour and smell indicate drying quality, and we work with light-coloured product free of any burnt odour.
Areas of use
Dairy and fattening feed, poultry compound feed, aquaculture feed.
