About the product
Popcorn is a special corn variety whose hard, thick hull turns internal moisture into steam and bursts when heated. Expansion volume and the ratio of unpopped kernels are the first two values any buyer checks.
Moisture must be kept within a very narrow band here: too much causes mould, too little prevents popping. We work with size-graded, screened and moisture-controlled product.
