About the product
The first factor determining chickpea quality is size: as the grain gets larger, the product gains value and addresses different markets. Grades above 7, 8, 9 and 10 millimetres are the market standard.
Alongside size, grain colour, broken ratio and foreign matter are the headings a buyer will examine. We work with screened batches separated by size grade.
