About the product
Şanlıurfa is known as Türkiye's grain store, and the region's durum wheat is in strong demand both domestically and for export. High protein and yellow pigment values are precisely what semolina production looks for.
For bread wheat, the gluten quality and sedimentation values sought by flour mills are decisive. Whichever group you work with, we load batches separated by test weight, protein and moisture.
