Personal data processed

Personal data is collected only when you complete the contact form. The data collected is:

• Identity data: first and last name.
• Contact data: phone number and/or e-mail address, and company name if provided.
• Transaction data: the subject and message text you send through the form.

Purpose of processing

Your data is processed solely to evaluate your enquiry, reply to you and conduct commercial correspondence. It is not used for marketing, not sold to third parties and not added to any advertising list.

Legal basis

Data is processed on the basis of explicit consent as set out in Article 5 of the KVKK. Ticking the consent box when submitting the form constitutes that consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Transfer

Form submissions reach our corporate e-mail address through the infrastructure of our hosting provider (Netlify). Beyond this, your data is not shared with any third party in Türkiye or abroad.

Retention period

Your data is retained for as long as needed to conclude your enquiry and for the duration required by the related commercial relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights as a data subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right, by applying to the data controller, to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed.
• Request information if it has been processed.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly.
• Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly.
• Request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in the law.
• Request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
